Malta has a population of 500,000 people but less than 1% are Christians, and there are very few evangelical churches on the island. Reid Saunders Association will be partnering with LifeLight, and working with an American missionary and local churches. RSA has the unique opportunity to be the first group to conduct an outreach festival on the island in modern history.  The team will be doing outreach events primarily for the youth, while encouraging the local churches, and holding a two-day open-air festival.

The historical account of Apostle Paul’s ship wreck on the island, while on his trip to Rome, is found in the book of Acts, chapter 27 and 28.

This tiny island, located just south of Sicily and Italy, is a major tourist destination for many Europeans, and its population more than doubles in the summer months. Since Malta is located within the major shipping lanes of the Mediterranean, many cargo ships and boats with refugees from the middle east end up taking refuge on the island. This provides a wonderful opportunity for sharing the Gospel to locals, European tourist and refugees.

Team spaces are limited to a total of 13, which is quickly filling up. Deadline for applications is May 15. Come and join our team, it will be a trip of a lifetime!

Cost: $2,000 plus airfare.
