People are hurting. I can't remember a Christmas season that I have talked and met with more hurting people than this one. From the neighborhood to the nations people are hurting. All I want for Christmas is a closer walk with Christ. "Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith" (Hebrews 10:22). Christmas time can be so busy. Sitting at the dinner table last night I asked my three kids to tell my what Christmas is about. My youngest son Tobin, who is four said, "Dad you're silly...don't you know Christmas is all about Jesus?"
